Applicants must complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
Government applicants must provide an official email address.
Applicants must list a supervisor with a government email address who can confirm access is required for official purposes. Supervisors will be sent an email to confirm this requirement. SES or EL2 applicants can list a colleague, rather than supervisor, who can confirm access requirements.
After OSC has received supervisor confirmation, applicants will be provided with a username and system-generated password, which will need to be changed on initial log-in. Passwords must be updated regularly and meet the complexity requirements set out on the Portal.
